Images and carousels

Open Creative Space → Image. You describe what you want in the chat panel, and Svay designs the frames from your Context and brand identity.

1. Open Creative Space, then Image.
2. Describe the piece: “A carousel about three mistakes teams make when buying software.”
3. Svay shows a brief, including the number of Slides (hover it to see why), then generates the frames.
4. Refine in the chat or directly on the canvas.
5. Press Publish to post or schedule it.

Formats

You do not pick a format from a menu: Svay reads it from your brief. Say “a carousel about…” or “a story frame for…”.

The frame count is a starting point. Ask for a different number in the brief and Svay adjusts, up to 10 frames. If your brief does not make the format clear, Svay makes an Instagram carousel.

Each frame holds a title (up to 96 characters), body text (up to 260 characters) and a call to action (up to 64). To change how much text a design has, ask in the chat.

Brand presence

A Brand presence dial above the chat decides how tightly the design sticks to your brand.

Setting	What it does
Auto	Svay decides per design.
On-brand	Full brand overlay: your palette and fonts, strictly.
Brand-flavored	Brand accent only. Your brand is the starting point, with room to move.
Off-brand	Skip the brand kit. Useful for a one-off that should not look like you.

Use references

Images you add to your Mood board in the Library are used to steer new designs. A set can use up to two references.

Refine what comes back

Svay shows an overview of all frames, and a filmstrip when you open one. Right-click a frame or layer for editing actions, or just ask in the chat.

When you select text on the canvas, a formatting bar offers bold, italic, font, size, alignment and colour. Each frame keeps a Frame versions history you can restore from.

If one frame comes back wrong, regenerate that frame with Retry this frame rather than the whole set: it is faster and leaves the frames you liked alone. A failed frame is marked Failed, with Retry generation at the set level.

Publish

Press Publish on the canvas. The dialog lets you choose where each post goes and fill in the captions (Auto-fill empty fields fills the ones you left empty). Under When to publish, choose Post now or Schedule, then press Publish N posts or Schedule N posts. Publish is disabled while any frame has failed.

Images and carousels can go to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. LinkedIn carousels are posted as a document and need a caption. X takes up to 4 slides, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn up to 10, and TikTok photo posts up to 35. See Supported channels for the full picture.

If generation fails, the credits are returned automatically. Chatting with svay is free. If you do not have enough credits, Svay tells you what it needs and what you have, and nothing is charged.

Troubleshooting

A frame shows Failed. Open it and press Retry this frame.

The Publish button is disabled. A frame has failed. Retry it first.

I cannot find Download. Items under Library → Generated have a Download action. See Library.

The Product tab is missing. Product Studio is switched on per workspace by Svay. Ask us to enable it.
