Brand identity

Your generated colours, fonts and style, and what you can change.

  • Editors and owners

Brand identity is your brand’s visual system: colours, fonts and style. Svay generates it from your website and Context, then uses it when it makes videos and images.

You can see it in two places, and both show the same brand:

  • Context → Brand identity
  • Settings → Brand identity, then Edit brand identity

This is the generated system: your palette, your fonts and the tone that goes with them. Fonts come in three roles, Sans, Serif and Mono. It is read-only until you choose Edit.

ControlWhat it does
EditLets you correct the palette and the fonts for each role. Save your look, or press Restore synthesized look to go back to the generated one.
RegenerateRebuilds the system from your website and brand data. Fix your Context first, then regenerate.
Generate brand identityShown when nothing has been generated yet.

Your edited look overrides what Svay would generate, so changes stick even if you regenerate other parts later.

When you edit, you can upload a font file (.ttf, .otf, .woff or .woff2) with Upload font, up to 8 MB. Svay confirms with “Font installed”, and you then pick it in the role you want.

A read-only summary of how Svay styles images for you:

  • Colours: Primary, Secondary, Accent and Neutral.
  • Typography and layout: Headline font, Body font, Fallback font, Text density, Safe margin and CTA style.

Change these by editing your visual identity above.

An optional brand line, for example “SVAY LOCAL BRAND”. It is yours to write: Svay never makes one up. It applies to every video from the moment you save.

Style Pack ID locks videos to one style. Leave it empty and Svay picks a style per video. Only fill it in if Svay gave you a specific value: it is free text, and an unrecognised value does not help you.

Press Save brand identity to save the wordmark and pinned style.

A read-only panel of patterns Svay has picked up from your content: Learned Preferences, Approved Patterns, Performance Patterns and Rejected Patterns. You cannot edit them, but they are a good check on whether your approvals and rejections are teaching Svay what you think they are. The panel reads “No learning data available yet.” until Svay has seen enough.

You do not upload a logo on the brand identity page. The logo and masthead used on emails come from the brand settings in the email builder.

The colours or fonts are wrong. Press Edit and correct them, or fix your Context and press Regenerate.

“Could not regenerate brand identity.” Try again. If it keeps failing, contact support.

“Failed to load brand identity.” Press Retry.

A banner says some text is being ignored. A saved field reads like an instruction to the assistant. Fix it in Context, then regenerate.
