Quickstart

From invitation to your first published video, in the order that gets the best result.

This is the shortest path from nothing to a published video. Each step links to the full guide.

  1. Get access. Open the invitation link a workspace owner sent you, or sign up and enter your access key. See Sign-in and security.

  2. Complete onboarding. Paste your website, press Scan, confirm the company profile and continue. The other two steps (plan and tools) can be skipped. See Onboarding.

  3. Teach Svay your brand. Open Context. Fix anything the scan got wrong, add a few corrections and custom instructions, and check your brand voice. Everything Svay writes starts from this. See Context.

  4. Choose a presenter. In Context → Presenter, choose an avatar and a voice, or create your own from a photo and a voice sample. See Presenters.

  5. Check your credits. Your balance is at the bottom of the sidebar. A new workspace starts at zero, so choose a plan or buy credits first. A 30-second video costs at least 350 credits, and a generated presenter adds 20 credits for every second (600 for 30 seconds). See Credits and billing.

  6. Make a video. Go to Creative Space → Video, set up the project, describe the video, and approve the quote. See Create a video.

  7. Review it. When the run succeeds, open the video, edit text or layers on the preview if you like, then press Approve. See Review and edit a video.

  8. Connect a channel. On Integrations, connect the channels you post to. Videos can go to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X. See Supported channels.

  9. Schedule it. Choose the channel, check the copy and pick a time. It appears on the Calendar. See Publishing and scheduling.

  10. See how it did. Open Performance after the platform reports, and rate the post with a short note on what worked or did not. Svay uses it in your next briefs. See Performance.

  • Fill in Brand voice, Target audience and Core offer in Context.
