Review and publish

Calendar

See everything scheduled, drafted, in review and published in one place, reschedule by dragging, and bring in Google Calendar and Notion.

Calendar shows your content across every channel. Everyone in the workspace can open it; rescheduling and cancelling need the editor or owner role.

Switch between 3 Days, Week, Month and List. Month is hidden on phones, where List is the default.

Filter by platform and by status:

StatusMeaning
ScheduledWill go out at the time shown.
ProcessingBeing prepared or sent: a video’s file is being produced, or a post is on its way.
Needs a new timeNeeds you to pick a time.
DraftNot scheduled yet.
Needs reviewWaiting for your approval.
PublishedGone out.
FailedDid not go out. The card offers a Reconnect button when that would fix it.
ExternalComes from Google Calendar or Notion.
  • Drag a card to another day (“Drag a card to reschedule”). Drafts, queued and scheduled items can be moved; text-post drafts cannot.
  • Or open a card and use Save time. Move all moves every channel’s time together.
  • To cancel, open the card, select the trash icon (Delete schedule) and confirm.

A scheduled time must be in the future (“Choose a time in the future”).

The calendar does not save new posts. New event and New draft open the editor on that day. To make and schedule content, use Creative Space or a video’s review page. See Publishing and scheduling.

Connect either one and you get two things: your existing events appear on the Svay calendar, and you can push individual Svay items out to them.

  • Google Calendar: press Google Calendar to connect, then Sync now to pull events in.
  • Notion: connect, then choose which database to write into. The choice is remembered in your browser, so you set it again on another computer.
  • To push an item out, open it and use Export. Google Calendar is listed once it is connected, and Notion once it is connected and a database is chosen.

Items that come from Google Calendar or Notion are read-only here (“External calendar items are read-only in Svay AI”). Change them where they live. A draft cannot be exported until it is saved as a scheduled post (“Save the draft as a scheduled post before exporting it”).

I cannot drag a card. It is external, already published, or a text draft. Only drafts, queued and scheduled items move.

“Connection failed. Please try again.” Retry connecting the calendar.

“Select a Notion database before exporting.” Choose a database first.

A card shows Failed. Open it. If a Reconnect button appears, reconnect that platform and retry.
