The numbers

|---|---|
| Sent | How many messages went out. |
| Open rate | Share of recipients who opened. |
| Click rate | Share who clicked a link. |
| Unsubscribed | People who opted out from this email. |
| Bounced | Addresses that could not be delivered to. Hard bounces are suppressed from future sends. |

Below the cards
Section titled “Below the cards”- A/B subject test. For tests, shows A and B side by side and marks the Winner.
- Opens & clicks over time. A chart of when people engaged.
- Top links. Which links got the clicks.
- Recipients. Delivery status for each address, with the newest problems first (up to 500 rows).
- Workspace comparison. How this campaign’s open and click rates compare with your others.
- svay’s read on this campaign. A short interpretation with a Do next suggestion and a Recommended next step.
Retry failed sends
Section titled “Retry failed sends”If some recipients failed, choose Retry failed recipients to resend only to them. A recipient whose send was interrupted while their email was being handed over shows Failed with that reason. Svay does not resend those automatically because the first email may have arrived; retrying sends it again.
Compare campaigns
Section titled “Compare campaigns”On All campaigns, select two to four sent campaigns to compare Audience, Open rate, Click rate, Bounces, Unsubscribes and Subject side by side. Compare like for like: audience size changes the rates a lot.
Benchmarks
Section titled “Benchmarks”Benchmarks and best send-time hints appear once you have enough history: at least 3 campaigns for a benchmark, and 5 for send-time suggestions.
