Review and publish
Supported channels
Which platforms Svay connects to, what each can publish, and how to connect, choose an account and reconnect.
Connect your accounts on Integrations in the sidebar. Connecting needs the editor or owner role. Svay posts to a connected account when you publish or schedule something, when you approve a weekly-plan item in your Inbox, or, if an owner has turned on the higher autonomy level, when an item is left unvetoed.
What each channel supports
Section titled “What each channel supports”Support differs by platform.
| Channel | Text | Images and carousels | Video | Results read back |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube | — | — | ✓ | — |
| ✓ | ✓ | — | ✓ | |
| X | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | |

| TikTok | — | Limited | — | Limited |
How to read it:
- YouTube publishes videos only, straight to your channel.
- LinkedIn takes text posts and image posts; a carousel is posted as a document and needs a caption. LinkedIn video is not available through Svay’s scheduling.
- X takes text, images (carousels up to 4 slides) and video.
- Facebook posts text, images and video to a connected Page. Carousels can have up to 10 slides.
- Instagram posts images, carousels (up to 10 slides) and Reels. It has no text-only posts.
- TikTok can be connected and takes photo posts (up to 35 images; you choose the privacy setting and confirm consent when you publish). Limited means this is newer and less proven than the other channels, and so is reading results back. Video is not available through Svay’s scheduling.
Videos you schedule from the review page can go to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X.

- Facebook: the Page to post to.
Until you choose, the card shows Choose account in amber. You can change your choice later from Manage.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Your LinkedIn connection has expired. Reconnect LinkedIn in Integrations.” Press Reconnect and approve again.
“LinkedIn is limiting how fast we can post. Wait a few minutes and try again.” The platform rate-limited us. Wait, then retry.
My LinkedIn post went to my profile, not my page. Open Manage on the LinkedIn card and choose the company page.
I do not see a card for a platform. Only the platforms above can be connected.
“no active (platform) account is connected for this brand”. (The platform name appears in its place.) Connect the platform on Integrations, then try again.
